How are the plants packed?
I pack live plants to retain moisture during transit. Packaging can vary by plant and weather. Guppy Grass is shipped damp rather than submerged, wrapped to retain moisture, bagged, and protected in the shipping mailer. Every plant order includes access to care instructions.
Which carriers do you use?
I currently ship with USPS and UPS. The service may vary depending on the order, destination, timing, and shipping conditions.
When will my order ship?
I try to get live plants moving quickly while also avoiding unnecessary time sitting in a carrier network. Shipping timing may be adjusted around weekends, holidays, or extreme weather when that gives the plants a better trip.
My plant looks stressed. Is it dead?
Not necessarily. Live aquarium plants can look wilted, flattened, pale, or shed some leaves after shipping. Some melting can be part of the transition. Unpack promptly and follow the plant-care guide before assuming the plant is lost.
What should I do as soon as my order arrives?
Open the package promptly. Inspect the plants, follow the included care QR code, and begin acclimation. If you see severe damage or a plant that appears dead on arrival, take the guarantee photos before discarding packaging.
What about very hot or cold weather?
Weather matters with live plants. I may adjust shipment timing when extreme temperatures or carrier delays create an unnecessary risk. If you have a weather concern at your destination, contact me before ordering or shipping.
Who do I contact if I need help?
You are not being routed to a large customer-service department. Email sales@VMOMarket.com and your message comes to me. Include your order number when you have one.
Are these plants grown by a licensed seller?
Yes. VMO Market LLC is a licensed Georgia live plant seller. I grow and sell the Ruby Tiger Lotus aquatic plant collection through VMO Market.
